Oola for Women Book.

This is my honest review of the Oola for Women book. This is a sponsored post and all opinions are my own.

I've always been a fan of Oola. Since I was first introduced to it maybe 3 years ago. Chances are, if you've been to my house for a cup of tea, you will encounter loud children, essential oils and Oola. Either by seeing one of my books or by me mentioning it. You can get the Oola book here. I have borrowed out copies of the book more times than I can count because really, it is life changing. And I want to spread that benefit to others.

Last year, I heard that they were coming out with another book that was specifically for women. I signed up immediately for pre-order and have patiently been waiting for a year for its release. And now, that time has come.

On May 2, Oola for Women will be releasing and you can order it right here. Today. Now. I suggest you order RIGHT NOW and be first in line to get your copy!

Honestly, I have been blown away by this book. I can't put it down. And even once I've read through the entire book, I just want to start back at page 1 and do it all again.

The tools and encouragement in this book are off-the-charts POWERFUL.

And the women who contributed stories offer so much inspiration and motivation. Their stories were relatable and moving. I was brought to tears so many times and felt this connection with them through the pages.

My kids would walk into the room as I was curled up in my cozy rocking chair with cup of tea in hand and they would see my face, an array of emotions as I read these womens' stories. My kids would ask what I was reading that brought me to tears and laughter within the same few pages. I explained to them how I was reading other women's stories of hope and triumph. Of lessons learned and tales told.

This book truly touched my soul. When the title says that there are stories from "incredibly inspiring women"- that is the TRUTH.

I want to meet them all. I want to hug them. I want to look into their eyes feel their stories of what they have learned through their trials and lows of life and how they courageously came out victorious.

And the authors, Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl, truly bring these stories to life and use them to help affect change in YOUR life. By bringing all the principles of Oola to reality and how we can relate to these women's stories and learn the lessons ourselves to become a better YOU.

The book is broken into 5 sections and makes it so easy to float through and take tangible steps to your own Oola life.

Section 1 introduces you to what Oola is - basically living in a state of awesomeness.

Section 2 goes through the 7 F's of Oola - Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends and Fun.

Section 3 talks about Oolablockers that keep you from living the life of your dreams - fear, guilt, anger, self-sabotage, laziness, envy, and focus.

Section 4 dives into the Oolaccelerators that help you excel in your life goals - gratitude, love, discipline, integrity, passion, humility and wisdom.

Section 5 tells all about the Oolawheel, Oolaplan and Oolapath to give you the keys to unlocking your Oolalife.

This book is EXTRAORDINARY. I cannot urge you enough to get your copy TODAY and start improving all the things you've been putting off. If you feel in a rut, get this book. If you need motivation, get this book. If you've been searching for that something, that community, that passion to do more and be more, GET THIS BOOK.

I want to get this in the hands of every woman in my life. Speaking of... anyone interested in a BOOK CLUB going through Oola for Women together? Let's do life together- whether we are neighbors or worlds apart (geographically or figuratively). It is impactful. It is inspiring. It makes a difference.

I hope you can FEEL my passion through my words.

Oola for Women teaches you "how to balance the 7 key areas of life to have less stress, more purpose, and reveal the greatness within you" and I think that is what every woman wants and needs. Let's do it together. Let's be great together.
